By using Plainfeed (the "Service"), you are deemed to agree to the terms below.

Plainfeed is a personal site not affiliated with YouTube or Google.

1. YouTube Terms of Service

The Service uses YouTube API Services to show video, channel and comment information. By using the Service, you also agree to the YouTube Terms of Service. Personal information is handled according to the Privacy Policy and the Google Privacy Policy.

2. What the Service provides

• The Service collects public videos from the YouTube channels you choose, shows them in the order they were posted, and plays them in YouTube's official player.
• Copyright in and responsibility for videos, comments and channel information belong to their respective creators and YouTube. The Service does not store or modify videos.
• The Service is not affiliated with YouTube or Google, and is not endorsed or sponsored by them.

3. User data

Your channel list, feeds and watch history are stored in your browser and, if you sign in with your Google account, also on the Service's server so you can use them across devices. Details are governed by the Privacy Policy. If you don't sign in, this data is deleted when you clear your browser data, so to keep it long-term, please sign in with your Google account. The Service is not responsible for the loss of this data.

4. Prohibited conduct

• Making excessive calls to the Service or the YouTube API, or bulk-collecting data by automated means
• Using the Service to violate the YouTube Terms of Service or applicable law

5. Changes to and suspension of the Service

The Service is run by an individual and provided free of charge. Features may change or be suspended due to YouTube API policy changes, quota limits and the like, and to the extent permitted by law, the Service is not liable for any resulting damages.
